The cottage is on 2 levels, and located on the edge of the village. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed; 2 large single beds & 2 standard singles; a bathroom; fully equipped kitchen which has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven & microwave; living room with a sofa, TV, DVD player & fireplace; laundry (washing machine and dryer) and gas central heating. The 600m2 grounds are fenced and well equipped with a table and chairs; barbecue; table tennis; swing seat; table football and boules court. Sheets and linen are provided free of charge. Baby equipment is available on request. Tourist tax is included and there is free Internet access.
Le Mindic is near the picturesque village of Le Fel surrounded by vineyards and chestnut trees on a ridge overlooking the beautiful Lot Valley. You will enjoy the spectacular views down over the winding river and the steep sunny slopes covered in vine terraces which have been cultivated since the Middle Ages.
The private 9×3.5m heated pool is not overlooked and also has unparalleled panoramic views. The pool is available from June to September.
You will surely love the cozy comfort of this cottage in its beautiful setting.
Tariffs:-
April – June 1st: €500 per week
June 1st – July 6th: €600 per week
July 6th – 7th September: €1100 per week
7th September – 28th September: €600 per week
28th September – 16th November: €500 per week
Location
The village of Le Fel has two restaurants. Montsalvy and Entraygues are both 8 kilometers away. In both of these large very pretty villages there are banks, shops, bakers, bars and restaurants plus weekly markets. The large towns of Aurillac and Rodez are about an hour’s drive and both offer extensive shopping, culture, restaurants and activities to suit all tastes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte qui est très bien équipé. Le jardin est très agréable avec une super vue ! Les enfants (et les grands) ont pu profité des jeux mis à disposition. Le village …est calme et est le départ de plusieurs randonnées. Encore merci à M. et Mme ALPESPY pour leur accueil et attention !
